Cookies
Like many websites, our site uses “cookie” technology to collect the website activity data listed above. When you visit any website, its server may generate a piece of text known as a “cookie” to place on your computer. Placing cookie text allows websites to “remember” visitors’ preferences, surfing patterns, and behavior while they are connected.
There are two types of cookies, single session (session) and multi-session (persistent). Session cookies last only as long as your web browser is open. Once you close your browser, the cookie disappears. Persistent cookies are stored on your computer for longer periods. If you do not wish to have session or persistent cookies stored on your machine, you can opt out or disable cookies in your browser.
Luminary Labs uses a third-party analytics provider (Google Analytics) to analyze the data collected through the session and persistent cookies. The third-party analytics provider does not receive personally identifiable information through these cookies and does not combine, match, or cross-reference site information with any other information. Please see the Google Analytics Terms of Service for more information on their Privacy Policy (https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/us.html).

3. Information Sharing
Luminary Labs works with trusted partners to perform certain activities and services. We may, in limited circumstances, share your information with our partners for the purpose of accomplishing those activities and services. Luminary Labs will work to ensure that partners do not use your data beyond the outlined purposes and do not sell your data.
We may also share your information with outside parties when legally compelled to do so. This may include government entities or third parties in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes.
Should Luminary Labs be sold, acquired or merged with another entity, all of its assets, including your personally identifiable information, will be transferred to the new entity and therefore be subject to a new Privacy Policy.
4. Information Security
Luminary Labs takes appropriate measures to secure and protect the privacy of your information. All information will be housed on the secure servers of Luminary Labs’ data storage provider. The site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or other events or activities that are not owned or controlled by Luminary Labs. Luminary Labs does not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third-party sites, information, materials, products, or services. If you access a third-party website from our site, you do so at your own risk and you expressly relieve Luminary Labs from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website, service, or content.
